To attend Russian Camp MN this contract must be read by both camper and parent/guardian and signed by camper at camp during an orientation meeting.
Since Russian Camp MN will be my home for a camp period, I promise to make it a safe and enjoyable place for myself and others. Therefore, I agree to behave according to the following rules:
- I will conduct myself properly and use only appropriate language.
- I will listen to others, including staff and campers.
- I will not make threats or act abusively toward others.
- I will respect the property, camp equipment, environment, and other campers’ personal items.
- I will follow the camp’s schedule and rules.
- I will not bring or use any personal electronic devices including, but not limited to smart phones, smart watches, tablets, computers, radios or televisions. Any discovered device is subject to confiscation for the duration of camp and a $50 fine. We are UNPLUGGED.
Discipline Policy:
Russian Camp MN operates on a three color strike policy (yellow, red and black). A staff member can give a strike for any violation of the above Behavior Expectations Contract. After a second red strike is given, the camp staff will contact my parent/guardian. If a third black strike is given, I will be sent home. My parent/guardian will be required to pick me up that day. Russian Camp MN has no forgiveness on bullying and the possession of or use of weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances. Breaching this policy will result in an immediate expulsion from camp. If I willfully destroy property my parent/guardian will be financially responsible for damages and/or replacement costs.
By signing below I am indicating that I have reviewed this Behavior Expectations Contract with my parent/guardian and agree to follow these rules. In the event I am sent home I understand that no refund will be given.
